This is a very nice composition, you've got the walker coming in from the left and the cyclist coming in from the right leading you to the chair in the middle. You've captured it well. Good choice of black and white here.
TheAntipodes (Menno van Zaanen) added a critique 1 year ago:
The composition is really nice and the light works well with it, highlighting the area around the chair (and the speaker or tv, or whatever is hanging up there).
rvercesi (Ricardo Vercesi) added a critique 1 year ago:
Even the chair has a role in this one. Well done!

Wonderful wide angle perspective and I really like the slight slant on either end, motion and tones.

the exposer time is completely wrong

@jp93 how would you know, you can't even spell it??
rvercesi (Ricardo Vercesi) said 7 months ago:
I have to agree and disagree with jp93. Composition is great. However, you should opt between capitalizing the fog or wait until there's no fog at all. Maybe you had no change to wait for the right time. I such case, a little more Photoshop would enhance it greatly. All in all, a great effort.

A great composition. The rain drops in the stone are beautiful!!
burlesot (Todd Burleson) added a critique 10 months ago:
Strong emotions are created by this image. I agree that the raindrops make the stone look even more alive.

I just simply love this place...
Nice capture from the children at play.
How did you like Bordeaux ? (it's my home town ;) )

brilliant with the reflections, but i think the image turns to the left!?
ericfish added a critique 10 months ago:
nice one.
I am thinking maybe you can go more closer, include less sky and more reflection.
narnold (Noah Arnold) added a critique 8 months ago:

I love the contrast of emotion. You move from the girl with her emotional intensity to a beautiful quiet street scene in the back that is nicely blurred. Great shot!

I think this one would work great in urban art too!
I love the colors and how i feel like i am walking down this street. Where was this taken?
rvercesi (Ricardo Vercesi) said 11 months ago:
This was taken in Lisbon at Bairro Alto. It is a neighborhood known for its nightlife and culturally very active, with art schools, bars, shops, restaurants and discos. Hence the puzzle of posters on the wall.

Great moment captured.
soreks (Fedor Soreks) added a critique 1 year ago:
The scenery is great: black/white contrasts, waterscape, and mountains. I'm not sure about skies, they a just a white area.
As for the human presence, it looks to an extent disproportional to the scenery. I think cropping everything above water, like this would add impact.
dcrphotography (Daniel) added a critique 1 year ago:
don't fall in!
rvercesi (Ricardo Vercesi) added a critique 1 year ago:
I agree with soreks (Fedor Soreks) regarding the sky. Choosing to keep it, you could have burned it a bit to get some detail there. Better yet, cropping as soreks mentioned would enhance the overall look of the photo, adding great impact on the subject.
fabrizio (fabrizio ciannamea) added a critique 9 months ago:
very incredible photo.
wow!
I really love this. It's slightly slanted toward the right but I can't tell if that's the street or not...I really like the blur in the subjects and the writings on the wall. I haven't got a clue what they mean but they look great! LoL! The single chair stands out to me, and combined with the blur of the other subjects, it adds a great sense of solitude. This is really good!!
