This could have been more than great
composition excellent color vivid.
taken under almost 11.55 am under brigth sun excellent effort,
but the use of an nd filter or polarise filter could have help reduce the overburn area.
Or just simply a cloning clean up on these part.
LadyWings (Kara Brothers) added a critique 1 year ago:
Nice color and composition, but your subject lacks sharpness.
Sonoma added a critique 11 months ago:
Great colors. I would have liked to see a bit more sharpness, but overall, very nice.

I'm a fan of symmetry and think in this instance loosing the wasted right side would benefit this image. Nice capture no less.

Very nice capture.

Very cool, very clever shot. I dig it, Pedro. Thanks for posting.

I love the cow parade! Pity about the bottom of the legs, and perhaps the sharpness of the cow could be a little better, but I quite like the composition.
mrsmorunion (Tammy Runion) added a critique 1 year ago:
Love the effect. Truly looks as though the cow is taking a walk thru the streets! The red in contrast to the rest of the photo seems spot on to me.

Parcial view of the D. Luis bridge in Oporto - Portugal, at night.
diezel99 added a critique 1 year ago:
What's the picture here??!!
Beamer (Clyde Beamer) added a critique 1 year ago:
There is an arch in this bridge, we just can't really see it... The image is too busy to really focus your attention on anything, especially the bridge structure. The lighting on the part of the suspension arch you can see is lovely. If you moved a couple hundred yards to your right and shot the whole arch, maybe better?
mrsmorunion (Tammy Runion) added a critique 1 year ago:
I know there is a lot going on in this photo, but it makes you stop and look at each and every item in the photo so you don't miss anything. All the different directions of the light and the colors really got my attention.
ecannaday (jim schear) added a critique 1 year ago:
my absolute favorite part of this photo is the lighting that dots the entire photo. It is busy, but enjoyable to look at. good job

Window in my town - Viana do Castelo - Portugal
diezel99 added a critique 1 year ago:
Sorry but this looks like a picture about nothing, maybe if the topic was blue I could accept the 2 upside down easter eggs as something but to say this is a window pic is a bit of a stretch.
Beamer (Clyde Beamer) added a critique 1 year ago:
This does seem more about the railing than the window, and I suspect you shot it for that... The reflection in the window does show that there was some potential for a cool study of the window, but not here...
toots23 added a critique 1 year ago:
I'm wondering what you thought was special about this window. There are several individual objects that would make great pics in a different subject.
mysight (Carl H. Sr.) added a critique 1 year ago:
Hi Pedro,I like the rails,decorations,and
the tall looking window. The color in those curtains is a cool touch!
I would like to see a larger overall shot of this.

This is in Portugal - Oporto - They are the news buildings with universitys and planetarium in Campo Alegre.
MMeye added a critique 1 year ago:
Although the wall is impressive, I cannot imagine any story with it. This is only a walker passing by in front of an artistic building.
Agree with Lasiate, it's a pity that the feet were cut.
diezel99 added a critique 1 year ago:
Interesting photo, looks like it's right out of a horror movie. I agree with the above comment about getting the legs in the shot.
ikol22 (Fabrizio Zanelli) added a critique 1 year ago:
Where's the story? Is she alive yet?
Syam added a critique 1 year ago:
Is the wall 'attracted' to her? Hahaha.

Hmm, I like the idea of the shot, but I wish the highlights were brighter. This would make for some nice contrast between the dudes and the water.
Blumie (Sabine) added a critique 1 year ago:
Wow, what a wave. I hope, nothing bad did happen here and my concratulations to this capture. I like the shades in the front, since the water itself is the motive - or?
sniker added a critique 1 year ago:
I have to agree with Jordan. The white spray of the waves could be quite a bit brighter. This would also bring a little more movement into this nice capture!
diezel99 added a critique 1 year ago:
Cool shot, but if the people in the foreground are going to be out of focus I think the should also just be dark silhouettes and then have brighter splash.

A nice view of a fantastic place. However I think this picture lacks a little more contrast, specially on the "Ribeira" buildings.
jcniguez (José Carlos Ñíguez) added a critique 1 year ago:
Bonita imagen. Creo ganaria más si hubiera estado tomada con luz de atardecer (cenital) que "suavizaría" los edificios.
¡Felicidades!
A stunning image although, for me personally, the foreground draws a bit too much attention. Did you try cropping it out so only the blue gradient hills/mountains are left?
