The most intriguing part of this image to me is the sun flowing through one of the windows and showing on the far wall.

This was a living memorial to Ken Saro-wiwa, a Nigerian Environmental activist who was executed by the Nigerian miltary in 1995. The photo is part of the front of a truck made entirely out of oil drums. You can read more details here.
