Oh wow. There's a lot going on in this image, but I like it. It brings energy to it that almost makes it seem like the seed (nut?) is actively bursting from the pod (more like an bird or butterfly emerging from their shell/cocoon).

It reminds me a lot of our Ohio buckeyes, which have similar prickly outer hulls. Nice color and good capture of the smooth, shiny surface.

This is a really nice image. I feel like I'm standing on the street late at night. It really evokes an emotion of visiting a new place. It was worth it for you to get up early or stay up late for this one. I like how you didn't try to change the point of view, but just shot from eye level, just the way I'd see it if I were standing there.

I usually prefer when the sky is still a bit blue, but this one is rather impressive. In addition, congratulations for the measure of light, because the spotlights often bring a very strong light, which makes nightshots difficult. Well done !

Coincido con Martine, en los aspectos de la luz, es dificil salvar el "nighshots" y tú has conseguido un excelente equilibrio de luz . Creo que lo que hace a esta foto interesante y distinta es el cielo completamente negro. Un abrazo, muy buen trabajo.

Scenery superb and composition, but bridge to dark

Very nice picture, great set-up, but I agree the bridge needs to be lightened up and maybe a bit more saturation on the greens.

I like the scenery very much, but if you added a big more saturation on the green leaves and lightened the bridge a bit, I think it would really be a great photo!
