It's Marrakesh. It took this shot as I walked towards Jemma el Fna, so it came out of focus. I sharpened what could be sharpened and applied radial blur for the rest. Plus some dodging/burning.

nice. I like the zoom-blur... was it shot like this or post process, either way it works nice. India?
