Is there a "lines" topic? This would be great for that!

Awwww! Cute. The guy is trying to contribute to a better world.
The woman's head at te left would I have cropped away. The blond woman on the left is enough to make a contra-statement. By looking away it seems she thinks: silly naieve man, leave me alone and go away, please act normal. Well... I suppose that's just my interpretation. :)

By 'blond woman on the left', I ment 'blond woman on the right'. Sorry.
gazdi (Csaba Bobák) said 1 month ago:
I think that blonde adds to the picture. She does so by just hogging (no pun meant) and looking away.

This is beautiful... I could imagine it as a large print in a modern hallway...
nattfodd (Alexandre Buisse) said 9 months ago:
Thanks Anke!
I'm actually trying to create a small book with my photos from the Uyuni Salaar, and this image would figure in a good place on it (not the cover, but probably the backside).

that is a spectacular landscape.
i think it might be more powerful by removing some of the sky, or some of the foreground (but not both).

Out of this world - amazing capture! Thanks for sharing.
Nick (Nick) added a critique 10 months ago:
I usually like people in landscapes, but I feel this would be better without the person. The space would be emptier.
crahan (Thomas Bouve) added a critique 10 months ago:
The sky is amazing, the mountains have a silky feel to them and the ground adds a feeling of vastness to the image. Really spectacular components.
The only minor remark I have (if I may) is that I would have loved to see the person sitting in a sort of zen-like or meditation pose. Legs crossed for example.
That little remark aside I think the image is stunning.

Very cool :) Just one question - how did you take the picture - I can't see the shadow of the camera...?
cutebutstupid (Amy Baxter) added a critique 1 year ago:
Nicely done. Great idea.
nattfodd (Alexandre Buisse) said 1 year ago:
@redcat77: I was waiting for someone to ask the question :)
I had the camera on a strap around my neck, a wide-angle lens and simply put it on timer.

Thanks all. This is a HDR view of the Kebnekaise valley (the characteristic cone shaped Duolbagorni mountain is on the right), in Lappland. The highest mountain of Sweden is just outside of the frame, on the right.
Just for fun, the shots were taken in Lappland, the HDR generated in Göteborg, the tone mapping done in Frankfurt and the final image was published in Lyon :)

Oh, I remember this one. Beautiful. Congrats.
photoquarium (Lucus Crawford) said 9 months ago:
Stunning colors and a very good HDR, not over the top just enough to bring all the colors and shadows out in the whole shot.
Might have to take a trip to Sweden.
Thanks for the beauty.
TheOldMan (Mel Buckpitt) said 9 months ago:
