I miss not having a bit more the sidewalk in the shot, so that my eye is led further into it. I also think this would be interesting with some desaturation, to play off the rundown nature of it.

I like nearly everything about your shot and framing - the AC unit doesn't help the shot, but I can see you would have a difficult time removing it! I love the brick behind the house - wouldn't want to give that up...moving to the left a few paces might have worked. Nice work.
