Sorry, but I don't agree with lasiate (if my babelfish translater translate correctly ;). The background is blur enough to give attention to her face, but the shirt is to colourful and too busy. Nice reflection in the glasses and I love her facial expression.

The reflection from the glasses are great. the thing that bothers me in the photo is that her hand is cut out.
