Awesome shot. I love plain, simple shots, so well done! If I was to change one thing, maybe have the screws 'centered' - they seem to be about 1cm over to the right. I think you either need to make it symmetrical along the horizontal, or have it far enough away from symmetry. Hope that makes sense!

I'm okay with your last idea. Too much blue if i understand...

A real gem. I enjoy photos such as this and the technical perfection of this in a mathematical sense is outstanding.
