I agree with Moses, but I would have dropped down a bit to move the rail off the horizon line.

When looking at the whole picture my eyes tend to settle on the first actual light but if I scroll to just above the light, it leads me to the people.

Lovely image. Nice mood. But its just not there yet. I guess a portrait format removing the sides might be it. Also there is small black part of the lamp next to the post on the top which is kind off odd.
