Thank you boyd. The sky was bright blue, totally contrasting with the dark surrounding, I measured the exposition on a neutral grey before shooting.

You have a good eye... The idea is great. I agree with previous posts that the dark area on the top does not make any justice to the image. I would try either crop it tighter to the grass in water or, maybe, covert to black in white.

Like the shot , would have been much stronger if you had moved your position and shot against a totally blue sky, the clouds distract from the beauty of the trees
