I would try adjusting the levels before I did anything contrast-wise. By adjusting the midtones, you may find that you don't have to touch the contrast feature at all! This way, you won't get the pitch-black shadows such as on his neck. This really is a FUN shot! Nice!

Little Hulkster...funny stuff. I agree that it might be slightly oversaturated, and the super-dark areas are a bit distracting to the eye...but the angle on this one is great. It really makes the little fellow look strong, stout in stature...the very thing that mask would have him believing. Nice snap, leaves!

You had fun setting up and taking this for sure. :) Please do not chop his head next time. I don't mind the burnt and pure black parts caused by the high contrast setting but the saturation is too much for my taste. Time to time it's nice to have a small sensor, this type of shots are so hard to make sharp with a dSLR.
