Nice!! Reminds me of Virginia Beach, I lived there for @10 years, decades ago... I like the tight framing here, creates a really nice feel.

alright, overall the image looks a tad busy, i think i understand what you were going for with the balance of color and grass with the fence peeking out. To improve this image maybe spend a bit of time with it in photoshop and try to make the color of the fence and wire pop a bit more. I would also make the image a little darker. Maybe if you go to this place again try to get closer and show some detail, maybe looking up at the fence with a shallow DOF so that the yellow of the plant makes an attractive pattern in the background
