I love the eyes. Putting him to one side of the frame adds a lot to the picture as well.

I think the only thing I would change is I think the blues are too saturated...I'm sure you were going for that, but I think I would like a more natural coloring.

I really love this. It would be interesting to see the skin tone desaturated a little. Is the tone natural? I would do a Hue/Saturation edit in Red and Magentas to -50.
