This image was a long exposure while Tracy and I were visiting Pismo Beach this past summer. I had not noticed her in my frame when I began the exposure and she remained there for about 30 seconds into my 86 second exposure. She scurried off to take another shot, which left her ghostlike silhouette in the frame. I love this image and perhaps it is partly because of the magic of that night and the spontaneity of this image. But for me, this is about The Photographer in both of us and all of us.
