Yes, I did add the blur. I thought it helped with the idea of motion. It also helped the photo manipulation look more dreamy instead of mechanical.
It was just a fun project to try.

Thank you for liking the "bad quality". It was done with a lensbaby to give the blur and distortion to the picture. I have other versions that are sharp but the day I took this picture the dreamlike feel that you described was exactly what I was going for.
