Nice location with good colours, shadows and an interesting tractor parked on the street! There are some parts of the frame that seem quite sharp, and others (like the window above the man's head) that is not as sharp as I would like. Also, there might be room to crop a little off the bottom (at about the line of the long shadow from the left) to help focus on the action.

I would have walked up on the scene a little to try to engage the man more in the image. This just feels cluttered and non-focused, the eye just wanders about...
