First impression: for category "Reflections" the reflections in this image are the least interesting. The winch device and flag are so colorful, they really pull the eye. Not sure how to pull up the reflections more, maybe a little selective saturation work? Maybe tilting up to see less of the foreground and more reflection, maybe even the base of the building itself?

Another good way to draw more attention to the reflection is to selectivley blur the foreground. I found a pretty neat tutorial the other day that explains how to do this with PS: www.dphotojournal.com/depth-of-field-with-photosho...

Flag and winch are too distracting for me - I'd like to see it without those; the reflection of the building or something else in the foreground would have been more inviting for me. I'm curious to see Sniker's idea if you try it? Thanks for sharing it!

I agree with what's been said before. without the foreground elements, it would be possible to push the contrast and/or saturation of the reflection a little more.
