Pose is good, but unfortunately, pic is slightly blurry (not a real issue though) and to "greyish" to me... Would benefit a bit of tweaking with contrast and curves i guess.

Yes, it's soft and the mood isn't defined enough for me. Also, I personally would consider it a loss because of the wet spot on his mouth (or I'd fix it in Photoshop). I agree that it's a nice pose and composition. Love the dark space and tone.

The little bit of softness I think is pleasing. I like, also, the negative space on the left.

Seems a little soft, but I like how the empty space adds to the mood. Good shot!
