Nice picture but it have been taken too close from the subject. I would have prefer to seen the all circle of fire.

erinelizzybeth (Erin) added a critique 1 year ago:

Great picture!

blolive added a critique 1 year ago:

Amazing shot! I agree with the comment above, I would like to see more of the circle of fire.

bulletproofheeb (Adam) added a critique 1 year ago:

I like the double arc as opposed to a full circle. It makes the focal point the detail of the arms behind the fire. Incredible shot.

Viper (Dan McMurray) added a critique 1 year ago:

I like the movement - the energy in this photo. The Scooby Doo waistband went unnoticed until somebody mentioned it. I think it adds a bit of humour to the shot. Overall... a very "dynamic" image. Bravo!

This is great. The sunset's subtle tones are perfect with these silhouettes. What and where are these?

iko (Olivier Petit) said 1 year ago:

It's a picture taken at sunrise of Tonga Riki, a site on Rapa Nui (Eastern island). These silhouettes are Moai statues.

This is really neat. Can you explain what is going on here?

iko (Olivier Petit) said 1 year ago:

Not much really, I just tried to move the world with my mind. Ok, this world is really small, but you have to start somewhere, don't you ?

Pi-Production (Eric Rousset) added a critique 1 year ago:

Sorry Olivier but I don't know what is it...And the quality is not so good :(

iko (Olivier Petit) said 1 year ago:

I have to admit it's a little 'conceptual'.

It's in fact a simple reflection of a bird in the water of the 'vieux port' (old harbor) in marseille.

simonlloyd (Simon Lloyd) added a critique 1 year ago:

I could see what it was. I like it in a very minimalistic way.

Peasap (Paul) added a critique 1 year ago:

I like the idea of the concept, nice colours although I'd like to have seen a little more movement in the water and also to see the bird (i'm assuming it's a bird) a little clearer.

anatoliy (Anatoliy) added a critique 1 year ago:

So simple but so complete. Like minimalism and this looks like painting.

iko (Olivier Petit) said 1 year ago:

Thank you everyone for your comments and critique. This was my first and only attempt and would have like the guy to be sharp too. But hey, sometime you can only wish :-)

Thanks again.

caryscott (Cary Scott) added a critique 1 year ago:

Great Capture. I actually think that the guy on the swing is sharp enough. Any sharper and I think the compostion would lose some of its motion and look unrealistic.

miniTotoro (Natalie) added a critique 1 year ago:

Nice. These shots always make me a bit dizzy. ::falls off chair::
I think the slightly blurry dude is fine. I think it gives a bit more feeling for speed than if he were sharp.
