Wonderful composition. Lack of punch in the color though.
gregcsmith (Greg Smith) said 1 year ago:
Thanks. The photo was taken close to sunset and the original has a great orange hue. It hasn't transfered onto vazaar very well. The colour has lost its impact on the size reduction.

Great catch. Great for the topic. I wish there was a little more PP to get the color to stand out more. Nothing extreme like some local contrast...

Thanks for the comments. I have not prossessed this at all and am not a photoshop guru to say the least. Anyone want to give me a quick guide to how to improve on Photoshop. Would be muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

fantastic shot. Same comments as everyone else though, top feathers and a little too dark.
luan (Luan Huynh) added a critique 1 year ago:
Great shot, but I agree with the others - pity the wing tip was cut off. It may very well be worthwhile to consider photoshop, as it would not be too hard to clone in the wing and stretch the top of the frame.

Wow. Because of the black and those few colors, the picture gives me a strange feeling :) Like it!

This is very good. Perhaps the beak could have been a little sharper but the overall effect is very good indeed.

Nice. I love the old buildings reflected on the new ones

Thanks, living in london there are great opportunities to take shots that show old and new. Maybe I should suggest a topic?

I have an Acme and a tree to photograph for a reflection. This is absolutely tremendous. Great Job.
odon (Odon Dias) said 1 year ago:
Nice reflections, cool the way that the perspective is distorted.

Good photo but something more needs to be in focus. Now basically everything is out of focus. Just add like 5% more in focus and it will be brilliant.
willie_901 (william) added a critique 1 year ago:
The composition is attractive. I agree with the others about the color cast and the DOF being way too shallow.
erinelizzybeth (Erin) added a critique 1 year ago:
Great picture. I agree with the others, it would be better whiter and then it would be better more focused as well. But it's still a great picture.

Thanks again for the comments. I am going to post one more time in this topic with a shot from the same shoot. Hopefully it will go down a bit better than this one.
AndreiMorar (Andrei Morar) added a critique 1 year ago:
Interesting composition, love the blur but I would have preferred to have more in focus. That way my eyes would find a resting point in the photo.
