Great composition and DOF, I like the idea and the result very much.
Before reading the other comments I asked myself "why a bowl ?" I don't think you should remove it without replacing it by something else. As already said, the reflection in the little bottle is cool.

I love the sharpness & feeling you captured. It's hard to relate the grade of slope in a photo without a vertical reference but you've pulled it off nicely. Everything about it makes it a favorite for me.

Great light and shadows

This is beautiful. Full of colour and Yellow.

what I really like of this photo is the point of view, is so different, I like a lot.

This was taken with a Mamiya C330 on expired film.

Arne, what are the dots on the vertical right hand side of the image?

The marks seem to match the pressure plate from the camera. I shoot expired film - maybe that is the issue.

I think this is an excellent composure. The swirling waves have sortof a bokeh effect and make the starfish the star of the show. Wonderful.

The petals flowing upward creates a nice motion, almost like wind is blowing up the petals like clothes in the summer breeze

A wonderful closeup - the depth of field works really well here - love the colors
