I pass this bridge every day on my way to and from work. The image was shot in colour. Originally I was interested in the sunset colours in the sky, but I thought the mood suited a B&W treatment. I agree about the central composition. Oh well.

one of the best b&w i've seen so far. the composition is perfect, and you can really feel the solitude here. it looks like the world around has stopped moving. bravo :)

the fact that the subject is close to the center of the frame is bothering me a little bit .. but just a teensy bit.
did you shoot it in color & then process it as B&W? Or did you shoot it as a B&W original.
