It was really difficult not to want to snatch that up after taking the picture, it's colors were so amazing! But we were in an area of the Oregon coast that is "patrolled" by these 'coast cops' or whatever, lol and they were watching everyone like hawks making sure they did not disturb the coastal creatures--which is good in the long run of course.
