Thomas,
Super shot - great light and nice use of the grayscale. The comp. is strong and this is a winner!
Best,
Jon

I like this a lot, I agree with Jon and Boyd. I don't understand the story, I suspect it is come game I am not familiar with, perhaps Cricket?? The mystery for me adds to the interest/impact!! Nice job.

No point to it, didn't catch my eye like they are meant to be. Truly, what I thought horrible.

@cloud_star123: no offense taken, although it's not really 'constructive' criticism :)

I think this is a good picture - really makes me wonder what is happening - who is this person, what are those balls, and so on. The gray scale really helps I think.

It really feels like there is a story with a lot of emotion in this shot. I can't see anything wrong with it, perhaps try not having the balls centered vertically? Good job.

Great shot allows my imagination to wander, black and white shows the focal point much clearer than if it was colour, Keep the shutter clicken :)

Nice detail shown in the jumper without blowing the highlights in the balls. I like the fact that this tells the whole story of what is going on in such a simple composition that is helped by the effective use of B & W ... and I am wondering if the crossed fingers is a habit for luck? Well done.
