I too like the colour of the water, as well as the composition!

I agree, great color, I would crop out the sky. Such a small sliver is more distracting than it is beneficial.

I like the contrast between the rich colour of the sea and the subtler tone on the sand. I agree with jodosh that concentration on the image might be improved by removing the sliver of sky and those two little distracting things on the horizon. And I like the tracks of the tyres across the sand although I feel that the bikes are too near to the edge for comfort - they seem about to fall out of the picture. I realise that the light is strong, but I wonder whether it would be possible to get just a little more detail back into the bikes?
Despite those comments, the image still gives a lovely warm 'beach' feel!

This works a lot better than the one I commented on before.. I agree that the sliver of sky might be best to go, not sure though..

Lovely rich colour, very peaceful photograph. My first thought was that the bikes should be on the other side with some place to go, but then I realized they have arrived and aren't going anywhere. So therefore great composition! Looks like a post card, makes you wish you were there.
