Thanks for the info Jason. The new photoshop does a pretty good job stitching, that I have noticed. I have the same camera and lens and have found the lens distortion at 18mm sometimes a bit tough for PS to handle but it's a good lens. Thanks mate!
byutanner (Jason Tanner) said 4 days ago:
HuubL - yeah definitely very similar. Good shot.
Scott - Yeah I agree. If I were to shoot it again I think I'd use the 18-70mm and zoom in a little more. It'd take more images, but there would be less distortion.
Thanks all again.

This is a composite of five or six images (you can see a stitching mistake in the cloud), but of course at 900 pixels wide you can't really see it all. The larger version is here
Ana (Ana Cortez) said 12 days ago:
This is fantastic, and you're right, the larger version is so much better (as would be for most of the pano's).
The mountains in the middle are particularly amazing.

Thanks for the comment. And yeah I wish they could change the aspect ratio for panos because 150-200 pixels high just is way to small.

This is the same subject as what I posted earlier, I just like the angle more. I would have posted it first, but I don't know if you can tell what it is without knowing. Maybe that adds to the intrigue:) ...

It's an old torture chair or a copy of one. They were used by the inquisition.
byutanner (Jason Tanner) said 1 month ago:
Yeah and I tend to think its the real deal. It was on display in this church with a lot of other torture devices. Really interesting display.

I love it. I just wish it wasn't so tight on the left side.

Yeah I liked the couches and didn't know the best way to integrate them into the photo. On second thought, I should have elevated higher to get more of a feeling of depth.
this one's really great!
