Beautiful composition and details. Love it. Except for the vignetting :)

Preciosa, me encantan el encuadre, la luz, los tonos...

Wow. This one really caught my eye. The 3 similar, yet very distinct colors, and the way it's done just seems like something out of a western. Awesome job.

Very, Very nice!
Great framing. Love the touch of color.

AnaGaztelu (Ana Gaztelu) added a critique 9 months ago:

Me gusta la toma y el toque de color pero me distrae el suelo con sus dibujos geométricos.
Creo que resultaría mas impactante si el interior fuera totalmente sombrío.

Translation:

In English:
I like the taking and the color touch but distracts the ground to me with its geometric drawings. I believe that it would be but impressive if the interior were totally shady. Greetings

the image is striking enough in bw. the randomly applied re-coloring doesnt create impact. working with curves: I would reduce black values, means the dark areas become black, and increase middle tones, would create striking contrast and viewer dont see the floor but focus on the message by creating a silhouette.my2cents

Just a somewhat disturbing photo of my daughter's dismembered doll taking over my computer. Needless to say I was scared to see it there when I entered my office!

Nice composition, great blur and grain. Feels like film and that's not easy to do with a digital. Well done!

Nick (Nick) added a critique 10 months ago:

This is a little to blurry, noisy, grainy for me.

JimiThing (Jim Machajewski) added a critique 10 months ago:

This would look amazing blown up to a wall sized image. It feels like pointillism to me. The further you get away from this the more in focus it becomes. Well done.

good!

great great shot (it would also fit to embrace the blur topic)

I like this, but don't love it. It lacks a little punch or snap, in my opinion. The grayscale is pretty good but the comp. is not that strong - for all that is going on, it's a little static. Nice effort, all in all.

Thank you boyd and rachel; this shot was in the middle of a pretty heavy snow storm just after dawn, believe it or not. I drive by these trees everyday and wanted to capture the feel of them in fog/snow. I appreciate the feedback.

Sincerely,
TB

I've passed this type of scene a million times as well as tried to photograph this scene a million times. You nailed it. Congrats! I haven't been so lucky!!! Beautiful photo.

What a great image!

oz_sprog (Will Williams) added a critique 10 months ago:

I love the starkness of the scene, the grass in the snow might be a bit distracting though. Wonderful composition of 3's.

Gecko (Can Cellek) added a critique 10 months ago:

A good rythm of the trees, a great usage of emptiness and a great contrast of colors. Actually I was expecting another tree between the two trees from the left, but anyway, this shot is wonderful...
