Thank you!! ;)

Jens (Jens Hoffmann) added a critique 3 years ago:

Very well composed and with a lot of detail. I like it very much and maybe it is because it is not sharpened to the max :)

elijah (Greg Carrick) added a critique 3 years ago:

I like the atmosphere this has, and the assymetry on right adds to the image

bodyNsoul (Patrick Krolis) added a critique 2 years ago:

After all rthe expert comments above, I just want to say that I think this is a beautiful image, work very well, for me, from tones to composition. Great work

jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 1 year ago:

Great framing job with this - great atmosphere you have captured - very strong sense of "being there" with this shot. Love the colors - nice work.

Best,
Jon

Love the silhoutte in the forground it almost seems as if it is a B/W placed on top color shot. The coloring of the sky is nice as well

doilyboy (Martin Grey Gottlieb) added a critique 3 years ago:

A nice image but I would like to see a bit more of the water. Maybe a little dodging in processing? Or a 1/3 of a stop in shooting exposure? Just a thought.

bodyNsoul (Patrick Krolis) added a critique 2 years ago:

just think this is beautiful

TheAntipodes (Menno van Zaanen) added a critique 2 years ago:

This is a really nice image, but the top of the sky could be a little bit smaller.

jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 1 year ago:

Nice comp and nice colors - a little cropping would help this one - it's a little top heavy, in my opinion.

BEst,
Jon

uncommondepth (Roberta Murray) added a critique 3 years ago:

This is a nice sunset scene. The quality of the image is very low though. I am not sure if this was a digital image or a scan of a film image, but there is a lot of grain and pixelation which detracts from the overall scene quite a bit. It almost looks like the sharpening filter was used very heavily because of the highlighting around the edges.

I do not scan film, so if this was a film image I can't offer any suggestions for improvement, but if this was a digital image, I would say back off on the processing. Some softness in this type of image is acceptable, even expected.

Michael (Michael Bakker) said 3 years ago:

@uncommondepth, yes it is an analog photograph and I've processed it after that. Thanks for you're comment!

bodyNsoul (Patrick Krolis) added a critique 2 years ago:

agree with uncommondepth. but would still like to say superb capture, it is beautiful execpt for the issues mentioned. will you repost?

TheAntipodes (Menno van Zaanen) added a critique 2 years ago:

The colours are just wonderful. It is a pity that the sky is grainy. Perhaps the foreground could have an even larger contrast to the background?

narnold (Noah Arnold) added a critique 2 years ago:

wow...what a wonderful capture...the color is great

I think the grass color is fine actually... it IS an abstract...therefore it is meant to be...well, abstract. The enhanced colors fit well. Nice work!

Well done, nice idea.Duo colors and duo body.

chromadreams (David) added a critique 2 years ago:

I like the symmetry but I don't like the light, I find it a little bit hard, the concept is so good, but maybe it would be better without that black sheet, maybe you can cut it and replace it with a black background, I think it would work better with the image.
If you treat that light sopts on the back of the models maybe the image would be better

Raza (Raza Akhtar) added a critique 2 years ago:

Great idea, but I do think that the spots on the back of the models are distracting. A little photoshop can set that straight

tristantrc added a critique 2 years ago:

great idea... i think a slightly diffrent camera angle would give better emotion... awesome picture..

TammyLynn (Tammy) added a critique 2 years ago:

Beautiful picture. Nicely done. :-)
