This one really stands out for me too. Photos that so accurately depict the suffering of homelessness get me every time.

UrsoBranco (Urso Branco) added a critique 9 months ago:
Good composition. But for me I would prefer a little more light on the subject.
Is he about to be beamed up!
aperture (Suvir Venkataraman) added a critique 8 months ago:
Nice shot but the floor is not cogent with the rest of the frame. Something less striking and less of it might be better.

My eye doesn't know where to look at this shot. Not sure if that's good or bad. I shot one similar to this several year's ago, but there was a horse on the near hillside. I guess I think having an obvious subject might help this shot. I like the whispy clouds and soft light.
jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 10 months ago:
The eye does keep moving in this one - but I think that this is a good thing. Love the gray scale.
autisticXkid (Xavier) added a critique 10 months ago:
j'aime beaucoup ce contre jour, et ce ciel, bravo ! un peu cramé peut etre au centre...
antonio (antonio) added a critique 10 months ago:
i like the gray scale, and the surrealistic sense of the angle of view!!.
oz_sprog (Will Williams) added a critique 10 months ago:
That cloud level really throws off the users perspective, great visual effect!! Might be a tad too much brightness where the sun is though?

to yellow and dark on some area.
But like the composition ive tried other formula on you submitted photo.
ive open with cs3 adjusted level to 227
adjusted saturation to -100
adjusted b/w (default) ok
adjusted photo filter warming ligth85 density 25%
whent back to film grain 3 lightly 3 -0
reduced noise.
After all it all a matter of opinion.
thank for your contribution
marcouet52 (Mario Arcouette) added a critique 1 year ago:
just forgot to mention after you can apply any filter color is to your best liking sepia seem to do a good job

Great picture. I like the composition.
I guess the top right corner was meant to be like it is ... I'm not sure, but maybe the photograph would look better without the texture in this corner.

I think this is great. Whatever you did to the photo works for me. Looks vintage..
TerynYancey (Teryn Yancey) added a critique 1 year ago:
it does look vintage... i like it.... very lonely feeling..
Beamer (Clyde Beamer) added a critique 1 year ago:
This does have a very unusual feel to it and I like that. The main subject could be just a little sharper focus. One of my pet peeves is contrails. The one you have in the upper left is distracting. A contrail is one thing I will take time to paint out, although this one would be a challenge. Overall, this is a great image. The character of the light is just wonderful.

cool looks very melancolic. i like melancolic pictires^^
sunside (Markus Mayer) added a critique 1 year ago:
I'd straighten the horizon a bit, it seems to be falling on the right. However, I like it and it fits your overall style. One of those "lonely kindergarden" shots ... are there more of it?
Je te l'ai deja dis, mais ça ressemble a du grand Krizalid... le cadrage, le traitement, les couleurs, la petite touche emotion... bravo.
