I'm sure this was beautiful to you when you came upon it. The camera doesn't see as you see. This photo is fairly well framed, but lacks snap, story, and color. Keep shooting and really look at your results. What were you trying to say with this shot?

I like the backlight and how you have blocked the sun.

I agree with jvgphoto.... I can tell it was an amazing site, but shooting into the sun will totally rob you of your vision, unfortunately. It may help to do some darkening with the levels slider on the bottom half of this photo.
