Ah !!! It's perfect. I really love it. The only critique is that this photo doesn't deserve any criticism but only compliments to the author.

Wow, thanks for your comments Jenine and Fabrizio, I really do appreciate them. But I would like to ask if any of you think keeping some detail in the house on the right side of the photo was beneficial to the photo or not. I was struggling with the choice of making it totally blacked out or leaving it as is. Any suggestions?

I think because the sky is your main point of interest, i would leave the house the way it is.
That way your eyes are drawn to the light coming through the glasses.
very nice "filter" BTW!

Mike is in right in my opinion in fact, honestly, I noticed the house once you mentioned it :-)

This is really pretty cool. I would leave the house, perhaps even crop just a bit of it out.

Great shot! I love the clarity in the sunglasses. It might have a bit more impact if the earpiece wasn't cutting across the bottom of the lens, but that is just a nit-picky detail. Well done!!

I love the clouds above the rim of the glasses even more than those emphasized by the lenses. As for the house, I experimented with rolling my screen down to block it out altogether (simulating a crop just below the glasses) and I think the photo becomes even better. Just as it is, though, it's a fine image with good clarity and fantastic clouds.

The only 'critique' I have is to say...very clever! Congrats on the feature.

This photo was taken at the sky in the morning. I used my glasses as a filter to achieve this effect. No photoshop was involved except for boosting the mid-tones with levels.
