This photo feels a bit unfinished, maybe because the bottom of the wheels and the rear of the bike are outside the frame. I like the scene in the background, there is a lot to see there.

It is a nice shot but it can be inproved.

I have conflicting responses to this photo. I like the colors in the background...but the blurring of the backgound suggests to me that the colorful background is not the primary focal point for the image. The bike is sharp, suggesting it's importance to the image, but cropping out portions of the wheels and having conflicting bright colors in the background makes the photo work against itself IMHO. If I understand what is going on in this photo (people getting out of the rain by huddling against the building, juxtaposed against a bike that is unused because of the rain) I would make the people sharp and the bike blurred. I might adjust the position of the camer to further emphasize the people. (Now it's also possible that I completely missed the point, for which I apologize.) I hope these comments are helpful.

I think it is in a way funny, since my fantasy shows me a lady coming with her bike, but do shopping at Vuitton. And I like the focus on the bike with the blur at the background.

For me too it tells a funny story. The shopping basket on the bike in front of the vuitton-shop. And the family with the caps in the back.
