Comme d'habitude, une impression agréable d'avoir réduit aux strictes lignes directrices ta vision du monde qui t'entoure, et ainsi pouvoir nous faire profiter de ton voyage. Je me comprends. Salutations.
As usual, an impression pleasant to have reduced to the strict guiding lines your vision of the world which surrounds you, and thus to be able to make us benefit from your voyage. I include myself understand. Greetings.

ufff, great DOF, good angle for the wiew but i would like it more if the focus where at the first flame, nothing more than that detail, it's so good all the way.

Morten, I really like the image. I agree with David above and I also wonder about seeing the flame and corresponding idol in focus. But nice shot. Great choice of subject and I like the perspective.

This is an excellent shot. This could also be a story within a story. It feels a tiny bit off kilter to me.

“The Road To Home”
Ya know, sometimes I just sit in amazement when I am shooting and just look, gaze, and take it all in…..if photography has honestly taught me anything, it’s to see better, noticing things you normally wouldn’t even see. Case in point, this shot here. Most people probably just drive on by this place never giving it a second glance, but to me, it was something very special…...so special that I spent about 30 minutes here shooting it.
Living in Colorado really has it’s benefits this time of the year…as Autumn sets in and the sun goes south, the light becomes so utterly magical, thanks to our elevation. It becomes so warm and saturated in the morning, that everything seems so alive….so gold.
Captured on a rural backroad between Boulder and Lyons, the old road leading to cattle pastures I felt made a very worthy subject, especially considering the colors involved, the light, and the overall composition with the tree.
Let me know what ya all think!

Very nice shot.
I do like the Black and white. It really seems fitting for this subject.
I do like the inclusion of the person as it adds a bit of perspective to how big the rides actually are.
Shay (Shay L) added a critique 1 year ago:
The black and white is great for this photo. I think if this had been done in color, it would have been too busy. Especially with having that person there.

it doesnt need color. color version seen so many times. minor: they guy with the cam disturbs me a bit.
