The water drops on the ducks feathers add interest. Because the feet are cut off better balance could be acheived if the whole picture were cropped in tighter. Maybe make a verticle picture with just the head and breast.

I agree with the other comments, guess it's a nice picture but it would have been much better including the feet. I would have choose the vertical format in order to cut the ground on the left which I consider a bit distracting, thus offering a plain background; but this wouldn't probablly work with the feet. Another motivation why I'd have cropped the sides is because the water colour is not that great. Finally maybe I would have given a little bit more of contrast and brightness to make it all more lively. Good job anyway, Alex.

I like the photo but think it could be even better if it included the duck's feet.
