This is nicely done. I don't see any fault with it. The lighting is good, tones are nice and the composition is well done. Good DOF too.

Very nice and I agree with Laurie that there is not much to fault on this one. If I was to nit-pick I wonder if it would be better just to black out the light stuff behind his ear.
