Love the tones and the invitation it creates.

It is a lovely image - but I assume that the center was photoshopped in - yes?

George said 1 year ago:

Quite lovely. It hadn't occurred to me that perhaps the center was photoshopped in until reading ArneG's comment. Is it?

At first glance and overall, I really like this shot! The composition and tonal choice is wonderful, however, the shadow seems a little sharp on the handle with respect to the lighting and mood of the background scene...

Slightly surreal image, I do hope it was a found image and not Photoshopped.

Tanja (Tanja Dueck) said 1 year ago:

awesome shot! if this shot was taken like this...it is one of my tops...if you had to work on it (?) then...mmmh good idea

Terrific. Why the aversion to Photoshop I wonder? It's a creative tool that can help us form new magical worlds. And it requires as much skill as using the camera, to create the parts that get put together!

NeilSmith (Neil Smith) said 1 year ago:

Just to make it clear, I don't mind the use of Photoshop at all, I just hope that it's real because it just makes it that bit more magical, knowing that this exists out there in the world!

Neil, sorry. I thought it sounded like you were opposed to it. Many people are.

Gorgeous! I love the texture of door combined with the softness of nature. Beautiful shot!
