What you've done to this is fabulous! It gives it the feel of a very old oil painting. Excellent job!
rmarles (Rob Marles) added a critique 1 year ago:
Amazing job. To quote above, it's like an old postcard.
It'd be neat to see the original before you processed it for comparison.

I like the processing. Gives it a painting/medival effect.

Great processing and great image. The treatment fits this image perfectly.

Great shot Eric. Wonderful vivid colors, great angle. Where and what is this building?
Pi-Production (Eric Rousset) said 1 year ago:
Thanks Sher,it's an Orthodox Church in San Remo (Italy)

I think it is better here (wasn't it in symmetry before). But great shot again. There is something unique about your PP I just can't quite put my finger on...
Pi-Production (Eric Rousset) said 1 year ago:
Thanks Jason, for the PP it's a fake HDR ;-)
rblue85 (Tiffany) added a critique 1 year ago:
Love the contrast colors in this shot, the only thing I would change is the building is a bit tilted.

I really like this pic. Maybe zoom in a little more to focus more on the flower. But definitely a great shot!

Very clear, sharp focus. Good use of contrast. Photo a little too dead center for my taste. J. Kirstein

C'est une trappe sur le bateau du film "Neptune" de Roman Polanski à Gènes (Italie).
Merci Philippe pour ton "comment" ;-)

You are welcome! :o)
C'est un film qu'il est en train de tourner? Je me souviens de "Pirates", mais "Neptune", connais pas...
Pi-Production (Eric Rousset) said 1 year ago:
Erratum dans mon post précédent
C'est bien le film "Pirates" et le bateau s'appelle "Neptune" désolé pour cette bourde !!

La seule critique que je pourrais faire, c'est par rapport au thème: ce n'est pas un "détail" architectural. Sinon, la photo est super (considérant que je n'aime pas du tout cette architecture).

I like the zooming effect even if it's a little too much here (mostly because, there's no subject in the center). Too bad that the "palais des doges" (too lazy too look for the proper translation) cast so large a shadow on the place.
Pi-Production (Eric Rousset) said 1 year ago:
You're right Olivier, thanks for ur comment.

AndreiMorar (Andrei Morar) added a critique 1 year ago:
I would have preferred to have some kind of still points in the image. Maybe if you kept the building sharp and blurred the people.
cashleym (Ashley Tanner) added a critique 1 year ago:
Very interesting. I like the set up, however it is a little blurry for me. Almost makes me dizzy! But I can see the boats right in the center are almost sharp, which helps. Maybe if there was more of a focal point it would make a difference! Still very nice though.

Terrific sky, looks like a big tempest coming or smoke from a large forest fire. The colors looks vintage, but the city don't.
