I was going to ask where this was taken, but you have done that for us. My only comment for improvement would be shutter speed, the back end of the picture is blurry but not out of what appears to be the focus area.

If anyone around here rode like that with a child the authorities would be called, the child removed from the families custody, etc, etc...amazing how societies differ so.
