Nice freeze! I can't tell from your EXIF, but you maybe could have gotten around not liking the background by trying to have a shorter depth of field? Having the background a little more out of focus would place more emphasis on the car.

Neat shot, nice clearity and colour. I find the wires on the groud a little distracting.
