Great eye. Great toning on this also!

some areas are severely blown out.if contrast adjustments were made to the image, perhaps you should try to apply it selectively. another way to add punch to an image withought blowing out the highlights is to apply a layer, blending mode overlay, and fill 50% grey. Then use a black or white brush approx. 20% opacity. then just dodge and burn in the parts you need to emphasise.
