It was a shame and one of the reasons I was compelled to take a shot. While I was shooting, two different gentleman stopped & asked if I was with the conservation department. They said someone in the area was shooting deer at night and leaving them. They thought I was investigating.

What a waste of good meat...maybe play with the contrast some. I like how the background sort of fades out.
