im finding the focus on his forehead not his eyes which would really bring out this wonderful creature

Elephants always look sad and lonely to me. This is no exception. Wonderful shot.
mysight (Carl H. Sr.) said 1 year ago:
Hey,no fair!
How could you not fill the frame with an elephant!
Nice shot with the dust and wrinkles.
Blumie (Sabine) said 1 year ago:
I thank all three of you for taking the time to comment. I had to smile about Carl, feel the same like Andrew and think, that Leisa's comment show, how tastes are different. I did not cut away anything from this pic, this is just, as I zoomed. I thought the eye shows the heart of this animal, the crincles its (or better hers - since I know she is a girl) life, but I understand, if others feel different.

Great shot Sher. Compelling colors.
psychodudu (Andrew Parker) said 1 year ago:
Fantastic! One minus....the frame....
Sher (Sher Hilliard) said 1 year ago:
Thanks Carl, Jason, and Andrew. The reason for the frame Andrew is because to me the edges looked too blown out without it.
Naturespixel (Leisa Hennessy) said 1 year ago:
hmm personally i would crop it so the rind wouldn't show... do love the red!!! ^.^

Oh, that so didn't work. Sorry y'all. I was trying to figure out how to place a link into the comments area and now you've got a bunch of garble. Here is the path for anyone interested.
beckn32 (Kim Norton) said 1 year ago:
Hmmm, now the link works. Sometimes simplicity is the answer. I just want to say to Brandon...you rock.
Sweet!
