looks cold and wet!! Touch too dark for me personally but it may ahve been what you were going for.

I actually like the feel of the cold and wet, maybe just needs a subject to give more interest

I like the dark and wet look as well. Very gloomy. It could have a little bit more contrast (for example, the grass could be a little bit lighter).

Brooding comes to mind. I like the darkness as well; the shadowing reminds me of the last light from the sun - almost a soft spotlight effect from above - just before the chaos of an unexpected storm hits.

The abrupt formations in the background almost look as if a monster is emerging from the valley.

Interesting bridge. Good perspective. Makes you feel out of balance, but you really do have it level.
