Thank you Syam. This was taken at the San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade 2008. As you can tell, the weather was wet and the participants were trying to stay warm and dry.

Nice shot in a situation where the lighting looks a little tricky - the subject matter really holds the interest of the viewer. One of my favorites.
