Even my teachters said I had to do less thinking and be more practical... I'm a real day-dreamer and a worrior, too.
See? Now I am doing it again! :p Thank you very much ;)

I would like to see some more room to the left of his hand. The highlights are blown out.
jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 7 months ago:
The crop is tighter than necessary, I think. The photo is a little static and nothing really grabs me in this shot. Interesting subject - should say more, but does not - at least to me.
Best,
Jon

Great expression you've captured. Really nice colors throughout the photo as well.
BeppeRdam (Giuseppe Moscarda) added a critique 6 months ago:
good opportunity but the crop should be larger or closer. Personally I believe a closer one would be preferable

This is such a beautifully emotional shot. The color and light is just right.

What an intriguing shot!
Very interesting story and awesome lighting!

Tomer,
You have given yourself a difficult lighting assignment with this one! Good grief! The subject matter is great, I think, but more suitable for black and white treatment in my opinion. This shot also transcends the "Old" category and would be good in "Street" as well. You have available to you here a wide range of tones to play with for a strong black and white shot - I think it's worth a try! Nice capture.
Best to you,
Jon

What a great shot! I can hear the crunch of the snow that the poles and shoes are making along with the breaths that are being taken in and being expelled.
A very moving story with this shot.

I just couldn't resisted, this photo wasn't edited on Photoshop or anything like this (other than a tiny crop for the sides), it was left just the way it was taken.

This would have been more effective if you cloned out her shadow.

That's a good snapshot, but I am much more attracted and interested by the man in the background, who is alone under the arches.
I think this part of the pic could have made an excellent image !

I took a pic of him as well by the way. i will post it soon. stay tuned!

May you must centered a little bit to left, but the phot is great!!!
jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 8 months ago:
very nicely done - strange...
boyd added a critique 7 months ago:
I agree with Jorge that the image could be cropped a little on the left to better centre the three images. Well seen and such an unusual subject.
MrVertigoo (Tomer Rozenblum) said 7 months ago:
Thank you all for your comments.
Yes, i think i can crop it a little on the left but i wanted to leave the fire-extinguisher pole in the frame and i wanted to make it well visible, so i guess that's why i didn't cropped it in the first place.

I think those were perfumes, It's was taken in the old city of Jerusalem, in the Moslem quoter.

Ahh! I was thinking that if he wasn't careful, and some cigarette embers got too close to the content of any open bottles, well, poof, up he goes and everything else, too! Actually, I think perfume is a highly volatile substance, yes... ;OD
