You have given yourself a difficult lighting assignment with this one! Good grief! The subject matter is great, I think, but more suitable for black and white treatment in my opinion. This shot also transcends the "Old" category and would be good in "Street" as well. You have available to you here a wide range of tones to play with for a strong black and white shot - I think it's worth a try! Nice capture.

I love the processing, details are just great. I am not sure that the "up the nose" composition is necessarily the best, although it did give you nice catch-lights in the eyes.
