I think as pointed out earlier, the crop could have been more "judicious" (as King likes to say). That one strand of hair is distracting, not endearing, or charming, imho.
What I do like is the softness, the relaxed feel coming from the model, and the lighting is clean.

Very nice photograph, the only thing that I would suggest is the color of her skin; it looks to warm to me or is see really that color?

It seems this is softened quite a bit, or maybe just a touch out of focus? I'd like it a bit sharper I have to say.
