Except for blur and the crop, everything is nice, especially the reflected light on the front body. This kinda shots require a perfect focus, because the shadows which will be blurry because of the length between the object and the item which makes the shadow. If you leave the object behind the shadows blurry, it won't look good. I don't know if it is your style, but why you have cropped from the jaw? Anyway, this is a good shot, don't get me wrong :)

I love it. Very clever. I think that the focus is perfect.

Thanks for the comments everyone. For those that are wondering it's a motion blur of a canola field (and sky) on a summer evening.

This is a fantastic photo in every sense. Not only have you captured a wonderful image you've stirred quite a bit of controversy alont with it, which IMO, makes it even better. I agree with the courage statement; if we didn't have photographers who weren't afraid of taking a risk to photograph, we would be short many, many spectacular images!! Very well done!
Sher (Sher Hilliard) said 1 year ago:
First off, I love this photo. The composition, subject and details are wonderful. Second, I was going to say exactly what Mark said (probably not quite as well as he said it though) ! I also agree that the controversy and discussion add even more to this photo - thats what a photo is meant to do - evoke 1000 words. You scored very well on that point!

No es fiebre amarilla, sino feve (ferrocariles españoles de via estrecha), unos trenes de cercania y su color es así de intenso. Saludos Brande.

This picture has a lot of emotion, I think. I really love the shadows and the way you captured the wind. Additionally, the slight off-center positioning really accents the movement. Love it.

Thank You Brande. I hope I can see it again this year, it is just down my street.

This is fabulous. You captured a slightly eerie but very beautiful aspect of city life.
I like it. Whether it is out of focus or something is giving a blurry edge I think it conveys a nice soft & sensual image. Very well done.
