I just wish the 2 'wheels' (sorry I don't have the right word) in the foreground had been in the focus zone.

PS. The two wheels are the "Pitch" and "Modulation" wheels.

Your tones are good, but the overall comp is too heavily weighted on the left side, in my opinion. The bokeh on the far right edge of the photo is a little distracting.

I agree with the focus that was discussed above.
I also think that the composition is weighted to heavy to the left. I think also moving the focus a bit toward the right would make the composition feel a bit more balanced!

Thanks for the input. I see what your saying, and I'll try to fix this up in my retake of the shot. Moving the focus to the right a bit I think would definitly help it a lot out. Thanks for the ideas!

I like the casual composition to this shot which makes it very engaging. Although I like the tones as is, it would be interesting to play around with this type of shot to try and control the highlights on the keys and see what it does to the rest of the subject. Well seen.

The image does have a strong tonal range but suffers from the highlight being quite blown out. I also think the DoF could have been better placed. The main subject is the keyboard, the headphone are the sharpest focus.

Nice shot - sometimes difficult to get in b&w. I agree with Beamer, the DOF is a bit off .. particularly lost in the white keys & highlights on the right.

Awesome shot! Makes me wanna pick up the headphones and rock out in my head. :)
